Terms of Use – Book the Venue
Welcome to Chapter | Wine!
Chapter | Wine is a cozy space created for wine tastings, themed gatherings, and small-group education sessions. It is also suitable for pop-up shops, exhibitions, or other quiet activities, provided they are in line with the venue's capacity and available equipment. Here, good atmosphere, conversation, and attention to detail are at the heart of every event.
To ensure every event runs smoothly and pleasantly, we kindly ask you to read the following terms of use for the space.
Rental & Duration
The rental of the Chapter | Wine space is for an event with up to 10 seated guests and includes use for up to 6 hours. The space is typically available until 22:00. In exceptional cases, staying beyond this time is possible, but only by prior arrangement. If the event continues beyond the agreed time, an additional charge will apply.
*The rental period begins from the moment the hosts or their representatives enter the space for preparation, not from the arrival of guests.
Suitable for Tastings and Small Events
The space is primarily set up for wine tastings, educational sessions, and smaller-format gatherings. It contains a rich selection of glasses, bottles, and accessories related to wine culture, so we kindly ask that everything be used carefully and with care.
The space contains a curated selection of wine bottles that are not included in the rental and are not intended for free consumption. If you are interested in them, we would be happy to discuss the possibility in advance.
Atmosphere, Noise & Music
Chapter | Wine is located in a mixed-use building with residential neighbours nearby. The space is best suited for quiet events, tastings, and educational sessions, so we ask that you be mindful of noise levels at all times. Loud music and noisy conversations are not appropriate at any time.
Bringing & Collecting Items
If the Chapter | Wine schedule allows, you may bring your own materials, drinks, or other items before the event, provided this has been arranged in advance. We ask that all brought items be taken with you when you leave the space.
Chapter | Wine is not responsible for items left behind and not collected after the event.
After the Event
Upon leaving the space, a Chapter | Wine representative will be present to see you off. We would appreciate it if you leave the space in the same good condition in which you found it. Cleaning is not required.
It is sufficient to collect the used glasses, plates, and dishes and leave them on the kitchen counter or island. This will help us quickly prepare the space for the next event.
Reservation & Payment
To secure your chosen date, a deposit of 50% of the listed price is required. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made no later than 2 weeks before the event date.
Final payment is made on the day of the event upon leaving the space, after any additional time has been accounted for and any damages assessed if necessary.
Care for the Space & Liability
Chapter | Wine is a space created with a deep appreciation for wine, detail, and experience. It contains many glass items, bottles, and accessories, so we count on everything being used carefully and respectfully.
In the event of permanent damage, the cost of restoration is the responsibility of the renter. If the damage prevents normal use of the space, an additional rental charge may be applied for the period until the damage is repaired.
By making a reservation for the space, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
